It is currently stable with a tenant and should appraise for much more than we have into it.

Some groups seemed to be focused on using you as their cash cow to fund the organizers lifestyle.

With its own exterior entrance, soundproofing, and hotel-like amenities, guests have a comfortable space without ever entering our living area.

I would imagine that once you set up a payment plan with them, they will turn on the water for the plumbers to do what they need to do.Not sure on the regulations on this but Id also see taking the tenant to court for the balance due on the water bill.Best of luck!

Great to see folks with an interest in "rough areas" - most people don't even think twice about them. 

I have four more that I need to liquidate with a goal of having them all sold by the end of this year.
