The Fort Bend/ sugar land area is popping, the clear lake/ Webster area is exploding and the woodlands/ conroe areas are poppin. you also see good growth in the Katy area (west) when looking at a Houston map look at the tiny circle and draw a big backward "C"  around it and those areas where your "C" are the bad areas of Houston.

I was going on probably my 5th hour, 108 degree weather (Lake Elsinore) and I thought about that quote, had a drink, and finished the job.

Its located in Avon Lake, OH (a suburb outside of Cleveland).

They cover Orange, Seminole, Lake Osceola, Volusia and Brevard..so there is always something going on. 

I have been trying to look at different lakes, but there are so many and they all seem so similar that it may as well be finding a needle in a haystack.

What we didn't expect is for a black swan event to make the market exponentially unbalanced in the sellers favor.

Agents spend a lot of time, chortle and expense acquiring qualified buyers....they don’t swans to give up 30-50% of the commission they can earn with that buyer. 

I lived in it for a year and then bought a property on the Nevada side of South Lake Tahoe.

If looking elsewhere, some other good areas to consider would be Greenville as mentioned already, also areas near White Rock Lake and Oak Lawn are nice, and probably a little cheaper.

I live in Lake Tahoe which has seen a massive boom due to COVID.
