Knox Henderson Neighborhood
Hello BP,
Interested in purchasing a townhome off of Knox and want to hear folks' thoughts on the area. It's within walking distance of the Apple Store and the new Restoration Hardware. I'd like to live in it for a year and plan to rent out in future. Curious to hear thoughts on appreciation potential of a townhome in the neighborhood, or whether appreciation has already been tapped out.
