We close this week on number six, it's a tiny wood frame house (500 sq ft) that the owner was previously renting for $500/mo. before he bought it.

In my neck of the woods, there is a program that allows landlords with "low income" tenants to insulate their properties and it is paid for by the organization.

For me it was a friend who reminded me that 'even a wood-cutter has to stop to sharpen his tools, otherwise he ends up bashing with a blunt blade' lol... bit corny I know, but my suggestion is to include time in your day or week to let your mind go away from real-estate.  

She tells me “do you know these are not real wood and that you can't say they are real wood?”

Many of them are getting gobbled up quickly in your neck of the woods.  

Tomorrow I'm going to do a walkthrough on a 2,200 sq foot wood frame home in the Bradenton, FL area.
