I know people in Ohio (Fremont), the landlord friendly state it is, the low vacancy rates and the employment opportunities near Cleveland drew me in. 

I can do this deal by myself, however, I am willing to partner with a friend who is interested in learning the ropes of REI.

I have spoke with a turnkey provider and am planing a trip to look at the market and would also like to talk to an investor friendly RE agent and property manager in case we decide to go that rout and build a team.Any recommendations from current, happy RE investors would be greatly appreciated.

We would prefer to defer the taxes and would like to try to put the real estate-friendly tax code to use!
