My Mechanic/Friend who works from the garage in the commercially zoned house he rents pays 995$, but its much smaller and much less "professional" than this place.

With a Professional Managment Company, I won't have to manage day to day operations.

Any major plumbing, electrical, HVAC or roof issues go to licensed professionals.

It's a pretty unique house and is zoned for offices as well, so I'm hoping the right live/work professional will come along and want it.
