That is nobody's fault but their own.Some firms do say the seller has to pay it which the buyer just reduces the offer price and can roll it in depending on the LTV for the loan.Most of the time listing brokerages pay a co-op fee.

I also set key word alerts for topics that interest me such as various strategies (examples are: wholesaling, flipping, probates, pre-foreclosures, bank owned or REO property, buy and hold rentals), or methods of financing (such as: seller carry or owner financing, lease option, LOC, VA loans, FHA, etc.).

I got pre approved for 400k, and I have down payment and everything ready to go, just wondering if anyone familiar with the area has some advice whether to buy now and get in the door or if its better to have a little more patience and wait for summer and election to be over hoping prices will drop.
