While the end-game plays out, salaries will meet in the middle over time which means massive pain for developed countries.The only solution that I'm aware of is to handle it like Germany has.

Yep Steve pretty much nailed it.After the consumer files a BK they have now bought months and months of time even if the plan isn't confirmed.They breathe a sign of relief and could care less about you the investor.Where the money lies is to keep tracking them on the Fed BK site and look for a motion to dismiss the case or a relief from stay filing on the house.You can get to them early this way as it takes a few weeks to a month to process out the request,the file to come out of the bank BK department,and foreclosure proceedings to start again.I do not know this person hucking a system but it is usually the same knowledge recast with a fancy name to believe it is different.

By being the perfect customer, they expect to pay wholesale prices therefore making the margins potentially thinner. 4)MLS buyers and agents can be a royal pain the *** to deal with.

If they determine (for some reason) that the buyer gets their money back, you need to appeal, at which point it will likely go in front of a judge.If the broker doesn't agree to give you the EM or issue a 15-day letter, you should be reporting them to the GA RE Commission.I've had situations like this, and it was a pain in the butt...but ultimately, when the broker realizes that you won't just forget about it and gets threatened with commission action, they will generally do the right thing.

Our concern about all the rent upfront is that it’s someone doing something wrong and doesn’t want the landlord stopping by every month to get the rent.IF I plan to rent to her (not sure if I should since she sounds like a pain in the a$$) I plan to tell her we have written procedures we need to follow, per our attorney, period.

Typically you want to wash the dishes and put them directly into the dishwasher .. its a real pain and bad design with that set-up.
