some new info on this deal. 5br, 3 bath, 2214sq ft home, 907 sq ft basement, 430 sq ft garage, split lvl sfr, built in 2006, lived in the last two years only.assessed value 227.5kcomps are 247k, 209k, 237k, 207kthey are upside down though, they have a first and a second for a total of 281,950. am still waiting for my partner to get back to me on what they still owe.

I don't know what the floor plan is like but I've designed W/D under stairs, in the kitchen, in the garage, stacked in the master closet as well as the standard mudroom/laundry area.What's the plan like?

Not sure if maybe I underpriced the unit a bit, but its a 3/2 with a garage, dishwasher, and decent amenitites in a less than perfect neighborhood and I have it rented for $1100 (tenant pays own utilities except water and garbage).
