I have learned a lot over the last couple years and I am hoping that I can find great advice here through the members on this site to help me make good decisions.I came to join this site after reading an article by Brandon Turner.  

I found Bigger Pockets by searching through the web, and as it seemed....Well everyone here had similar interests in it so I decided to join forth.My main niche hasn't really been decided.

I have a prior commitment Wednesday night, but I've joined the Meetup group, and I'll be going to future meetups.

I'm thinking about pursuing a similar plan if I'm able to join the military in the coming year.

I recommend that anybody who is a landlord of property in Philadelphia should join HAPCO; HAPCO is a landlord organization that happens to offer the services of an eviction attorney at reasonable prices.And regarding utilities - in Philadelphia PGW (natural gas) and Water Revenue Bureau can bot place a lien on a property if those utilities go unpaid, even if the lease requires that the tenant make those payments.  

For example, if you're a real estate agent and were going to focus on SFR in your area, see as many properties as you can so can learn real value when you see it.4) Join your local REIA and try to find a mentor who is doing exactly what you want to do.

I see a booking in my future :)  I am just getting started in REI myself and joined BP only a couple of months ago, I just finished listening to all 86 Podcasts, not sure what I'm going to listen to during my commute to work now.
