I would strongly encourage landlords to seek a permit to carry a firearm if they are serving eviction notices and other situations likely to generate negative reactions from tenants. 

I have a college education in Computer Science which allowed me to generate some seed capital by working for a software company. 

Technically speaking I was planning to stand up a new site and link back to the PMS direct booking page.My basic idea is to provide reviews of local places as ideas for folks visiting the area to generate interest. 

I agree with all others above about multi's if you are smart about them they are a great income generator.

Took that $173K of equity to a bank and cross-collateralized it into a $500K line of credit.Upside managed the 10 units to where they were generating over $10K per month in gross rents.Sold everything in 2006 for over $1.2Million.

I believe that real estate values will continue to creep higher over the years and become increasingly less affordable for younger generations.

Does anyone use lead generation sites like Homesnap pro+, RedX, bold leads, etc. that they like and actually give you qualified leads?
