I live in Longmont and if you are looking for a rental for students at CSU, that is in Fort Collins, which is ~45 minutes north. 

The house is in Killeen, Texas, near Fort Hood. 

After doing so, I've begun analyzing listings in two markets, mostly -- Denver Metro + DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) - since these are both areas I feel more familiar with (having lived or currently living in).

@Ramon Mendoza I know they've restarted in Parker and Fort Bend counties for sure because we have a trustee sale and a constable sale scheduled in each county for 7/7/20.

We currently own several duplexes/sfh in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas.
