Just would like guidance, I'm somewhat familiar with wholesaling but I noticed a lot of wholesaling courses or training video's say you can wholesale with no money, no credit.

With time, BP has been opening my mind to the possibilities of including real estate in a balanced, forward-thinking financial portfolio, and I would like to dip my toes in the water.I am from SE Wisconsin originally (Milwaukee area), and have been considering taking my first steps "back home" due to a much lower cost of entry, general familiarity with the area, and a relatively stable rental market. 

If you have real concerns regarding this it would probably be best to speak with a real estate lawyer who is familiar with investing.  

Unfortunately I am nowhere near as familiar with the neighborhoods in the other towns around here.

Is anyone familiar with properties in this zip code 77373 is it an okay neighborhood is it blue collared, is it in a declining market ect.?

Hi All,Not sure if this is the best topic area for this question, but I was wondering if anyone is familiar with syndication and investment immigration work.  

I am familiar with what one is, I just have no idea how you would put one on your own property and then somehow pull cash equity into your own hands.
