This group is geared towards fix & flips and is headed by a RE Agent, who's been in real estate for 15 years & an investor who's been active for 20+ years.To make a long story short, they've proposed to help newbie investors by helping us get access to multiple lines of credit (ie. credit cards) through a third party credit consulting agency.

If you look toward the services that rating agencies provide, the cost is paid by the issuer.  

The IRS and other Federal agencies have their rules though.

., you are purporting to bypass the agency altogether to do the same work on your own, when part of your job (I assume) is to obtain listings and sell listings to buyers so that the agency can get their cut.

There is also the fact that now you will be under the scrutiny of the real estate commission and other regulatory agencies.  

Some state housing agencies have programs funded by bond issues. 

Agency is a good job but wealth comes from Real Estate.

Does anyone have experience working with Empire West Title Agency.

Not good because I work hard for my money.To give you an idea of what I'm working with: My wife and I both have full time jobs, I have a very profitable web design agency that is based out of my home, and I'm planning on adding a few buy and hold properties this year.Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
