From the pictures it looks like there is no deferred maintenance but I haven't been on site yet.

So yea thats why i really want to go to this auction i have no experience with water/ storm damage i just want a place to keep a boat...What are some best case and worst case senarios the pictures of most houses with the open houses have dry wall cut out about halfway up the wall and most floors ripped out except for some plywood etc.... the ones with no open house have been deemed unsafe for entry by the State of NY so they obviously need more repairs than i am willing to do....Thankyou all in advanced

Across the street value could be double etc.The sellers will say anything rosy to get you to buy into a deal and pay close to their price.

He was booking his stay and was informed that his rate was double.
