@Chris BriscoeI first thought to go get a mold inspector to come and test for mold but still terminate lease I will however get the Mold Armor and clean the area and see what happens.

@Chris Eaker Account ClosedThis will be the last time I say this on this thread, It is not a bad deal, The deal offers low returns, not negative returns.A good deal with good returns is hard to find now days in this neighborhood, so people settle for less.I am not trying to ruin my reputation at all, and I am being honest with the guy, he does not care about cash flow all he cares about is that he should build equity in the property.Now my questions was, are there A lot of people out there that do not care about returns, all they care about is to own an investment property Instead of a savings account.
