Hi BP people! My name is Claire. I'm glad to join a group of people so enthusiastic about real estate investing, and I've already learned so much just by lurking.

My focus right now is going to be vacant land investing, and I'm looking for advice and connection to anyone who has experience (or is just starting out.) Just wondering--has anyone tried this raw land thing and failed? I'd love to hear from a non-guru who hit some roadblocks (so I can avoid them). Can't wait to share my own questions, successes, and lessons learned.
