Just curious on how someone that wants to focus on mid and high-rise condo developments can start?

I worked for a residential acquisitions fund focusing on Tampa between 2013-15, which was before the market took off into orbit and property was still extremely cheap.

Focus- In today's world, there are SOOO many distractions.

I typically focus on larger commercial properties, but would be happy to chat with you and see if we'd be a good fit. 

It would probably be useful to narrow down what market or markets you want to focus on.

You have more important issues to focus on. 

Any area in particular you focus on for your multi families Syracuse wise?

I get why some would say investors are causing the affordability issue, but my guess is it would be a lot more productive if policies/discussions focused on two issues, (i) why haven't wages been increasing as asset prices and rent have gone up the last 10 years and (ii) why isn't there enough of an incentive for investors to build affordable housing.

My advice would be to settle on a business model/real estate investment strategy 1st and then to focus on geography 2nd.
