We could even work out a way for you to make some "fees" for your time.

As long as the numbers work, and you know how to advertise commercial space, that could work out great.

We are a little farther away so may not work out for you but just wanted to say I like the structure.

My mother and a large group of contacts still live and work out of the area, and the military presence creates a great rental market and in my opinion shelters that market from economic downturn.I have been listening to BP podcasts for about a month and received so much knowledge it has made me hungry to get in and try this.

So this current development is a good genre problem in my view--how exactly to wind up the tenancy--with tenants willing to move;  a bad problem being having to evict 10 people)......I would thank my lucky stars they want to leave and do a mutual termination of the lease (deposit return contingent on the cleanliness and condition at move out).In fact, even if this amicable separation does not work out, I would not be renewing based on these facts.

So i get home and make up the letters and sent out 500 letters to out of state owners of over 7+ years in areas i want to work out of and i've not gotten a single call yet to date.

It is sad it did not work out for them in the end. 

I am posting on Cragislist every day for both buyers and sellers and I've gotten one call from a seller that didn't work out.

If you're sitting on the sidelines thinking you're going to load up on properties "at the bottom" it most likely won't work out how you are planning.
