Hi, I’m newly licensed (within the last month) and would like to know if anyone here has advice or things they wished they knew when they started.

I can personally find you a thousand deals today, but it can take 1 or more years to find a goldmine and when that goldmine comes along you will wish you had waited and waited and waited.

However, if you wish to maximize your profit, you can most likely pay an incentive to the tenant then wait for least a month before having them move out to allow them to find another property.

I’ve got 10x rule , Tax free wealth and Millionaire next door on the wish list and ask for recommendations on any other books that’ll strengthen our minds as our lives have already changed since reading rich dad poor dad in just a few months.Thanks to all in advance !! 

We bought our first condo privately from a friend before we knew anything about real estate and I wish we would have used a realtor.
