YOU do one that can be universally accepted by all banks, dont over sell or puff who you are and leave stuff out they will find later, it waste their time and yours. 

With tax ensentives, the second largest university in the country, and low unemployment rate, it's a great spot for long term rentals. 

It's in Silver Spring/Langley Park area on a very busy road (University Blvd).
