So I have two brothers that submitted an application for a property: one of them qualifies based on the requirement, the other does not, he makes about $1000 net a month when the minimum is somewhere around $2400 net monthly income, but combined they bring in enough to meet the minimum.My question is, can the other brother who is qualified be a "co-signer" even if he is going to be living in the same place?

I agree with your opinion that these are good gentrified areas and up and coming areas, however, the "word is out" already on these neighborhoods and when the tax hike hits - combined with school cuts - it might be better to wait for a price decline before investing in these areas.

Option 4: Install motion sensor switch or exhaust and/or combine light and exhaust switch.Option 5: Demo entire shower and try to find issue and fix it from there. ( Obviously tenant suggest this option.)I was wondering, if some one came across this issue and how you guys fixed it.
