I have a good CPA in town, but I haven't talked to him about his experience in dealing with these types of accounts. 

This enables checks to clear, bills to be paid, reports to be built, etc. 

Well you see...many many people asked me how the heck I got this deal as everyone wanted to buy up these (town) houses as apparently they are gold mines I am now told.Well my silly muffins... ranking one on google will get you these deals!

If you have newer properties built since 2004 your insurance may not be a lot more expensive.

I would like maximize occupancy by cross-marketing to both Denver vacationers and those in town for medical needs.I am not discriminating in anyway, but it will be quite an expense to create a "wheel chair friendly" rental and more wear and tear on floors, door ways ect.

I prefer to target multi unit purpose built rental properties that have been poorly managed and are under market rent.

I've since gotten engaged and don't want to move a new bride into a makeshift apartment in a pole barn style shop but the price of building a shop and house of any size, currently, will "overbuild" the value of the location of the land so I've opted to just having a shop and buying a house in town.
