I got my CA Real Estate License shortly after leaving the Air Force (remember you will have to pay for this) I would reccommend it because there is a lot of information you can pick up and the MLS is a very valuable tool.

I can take time off to work on real estate deals and the hours don't really conflict much (poker is usually nights and weekends and I usually do real estate during business hours and weekdays.I don't play cash games but I probably played like 5000 tournaments last year and can give you some tips if you want.

The house is going to be in tip top shape for a 20 year old house (new HVAC, paint, appliances, etc.....).If I cant sell the property in 2 months I was going to list it with a realtor.
