I am looking for a service that will allow me to do my real estate research such as how much equity in a house, when it was last refinanced, out of town owners, ect ect.

What services do you use and which ones do you not recommend?

I have heard of SiteX.com, Chandler Reports, and Court House Retervial Systems.

What other ones are out there?
