If it was rented, an addendum R should have been included with the offer which captures all the things needed to verify leases, rent delinquency & amounts, who owns what and lease approvals among other things.

@Constancia R. the insurance market for rentals is really tough right now, so an estimate would be really tough to put any faith in.Age, location, updates and sq/ft all play a big role in the pricing.
