When you have to come out of pocket to support a property monthly, then you have an alligator.NO EQUITY NO PROFIT.On top of feeding her alligator, she has very little equity in the property.Then I asked, why don't you sell it.

I still work a corporate job but I work from home and my hours a set by me, thus allowing me time to pursue other things, ie. real estate.I am looking for a brokerage in the Denver Metro Area (preferably not North of Downtown Denver) that has good training and a good support system for new agents, but will allow me the freedom to continue to invest in real estate personally.
