Is there certain subject homework or research you would like to see done prior to meeting in person or before you truly begin to spend time teaching someone?

I need a system where I can enter in the subject property address, the owners name and proper mailing address then export that to excel for uploading to direct mail service providers and for emailing the leads. 

Also, depending on the level of sold units the developer may still be required to maintain the property as opposed to turning it over the HOA or they may have lost control but still have units then being subject to the will of the HOA moving forward.  

Another benefit of being an owner occupant is the building is no longer subject to rent control.

Is their any way for me to do a subject to agreement so that i make the payments assuming the numbers work for me?  

Start by trying to find anything same bed / bath count of subject property, +/- 10 years built, +/- 100sqft, ~mile or so distance.

I think that You should have made the closing subject to the house being vacant, maybe this will help someone in the future.
