I'm local now, but started OOS, walked a lot of properties using Google street view, Zillow/RedFin/Realtor.com, and used the Marion county property cards to see what the city/county thinks of properties.  

For the last few years Wall Street has been in the HML market, buying pools of HML and all that.

WE didn't have any at your size, but as we great, we started using Process street - a software that automates a lot of our processed. 

Can't just have any Joe off the street make a website & then put um in charge of that kind of money, it would be disastrous.

Henry, I found a lot near my house that has 160' street frontage, 730' depth, in an excellent location, close to a lot of apartment complexes old amd mew and many more are still under construction, but it has an area of 2000 sqft wetland right smack in the middle of the lot, leaving a small stretch to connect the two end parts together.

I was thinking about not renewing their lease, but I know they will live there forever because the wife has a brother who lives on the same street and wanted her closer to him.

The 1700 block is pretty far west on that street and the neighborhood gets pretty bad at Fulton. 

However, it is not currently used that way, and is currently considered commercial property in state records.Zoning is not an issue, it is on a residential street with all normal houses.I guess the brunt of the question is, how is the commercial vs residential classification determined for the purposes of conforming mortgages?
