Do I need to talk to an FHA specialist?

Hi all,I am currently cloud solutions specialist at at tech company in New York City.

Make sure to hire a specialist in inspecting well and septic. 

Contact couple of flooring specialists or retailers to get good price for material and install.

She was an industrial design specialist that grossed 7k a month.

With a general real estate agent, I'm curious as to whether they'll understand these objectives/concepts and would want to work with someone like me - I'd like to make sure its not a waste of time for both of us. 

It includes, among other things, a comprehensive map of the Cleveland area, grading each area from A+ down to F, using a consistent, objective and transparent methodology using publicly available data.

Recommendations on new build lenders specialists? 

Once I began this practice I literally never had a tenant contact me since about a clogged toilet or drain (when they know they'll be paying for a plumber they are much more careful).For this I would call a drain clog specialist (they are the ones with the $99 specials) - they tend to go out to a property within two hours; the one time I used one he was there in roughly an hour (it was a nasty clog too - I had some pipes jetted by a different company soon after buying a property and instead of clearing those pipes they simply clogged the main sewage pipe causing the plumbing to back up).

This is one of those instances where you have to make a decision based on your bottom line objective -- if they've been paying on time with no real hiccups, I don't really see much benefit to screening the existing tenants with only one major caveat being people have different screening standards (so, what you might have as a standard for your screening process might be drastically different from the last person).
