@Corey Hajduk I was going to do the same thing, but at the top of each thread there is a button, "Monitor Topic", that allows you to be alerted if anyone posts to the thread.

If you spray common surface mold with a bleach and water solution, it will start to disappear after a few minutes (no scrubbing). 

I really like the solution that @Joseph Ball offered however that is sort of like hunting for unicorns with two horns. 

We are comfortable going into depressed areas and being part of the solution by buying homes and keeping them updated and occupied with clean and responsible tenants. 

I can provide some creative solutions in this area if I know more details.

If your stationed outside the United States then a full-service turnkey solution provider will likely be your best option - especially from a time perspective.  

If the only issue is the odor, I would use Simple Solution or Nature's Miracle, both found at Pet Smart.  

There are other solutions that you can do which will make this a good investment and not break you in the process. ps1. an offer from a buyer who wants to assume a discounted loan is a non starter in most cases.
