It costs you money, but saves you stress.

Through the due diligence period I was very stressed out, ensuring I was present for home inspection/structural inspection/pest inspection/etc. 

This is stressing me out!

But starting a business takes a crap ton of time and can be very stressful, but also rewarding. 

They are stressed out and looking for a lifeline.You really can be a help by thinking clearly and looking for a win/win solution.  

I simply talk about alternatives to C class... some folks love C class and some can't sleep well with any kind of stress.. and they like the more consistant west coast investments so I just talk about the alternatives.I invest in 12 states ... and do all sorts of different things in RE.. including funding some pretty low end stuff..

I can see that this would cause there to be more to keep track of. ..but if a person just paid a GC to perform all the work. ..some of the stress would be eliminated.  

The good news is there's a secret society of investors who work in the same industry and probably the same building as you!

Thanks to the further economic polarization of Canadian society, a, perhaps larger, subset of today's students are going to university with largess in the financial support department and will pay 1100 - 1500/month for a 2-bedroom (each room with its own bath).  

I wouldn't stress it.
