So far, one thing I have been able to do from at home is connecting with other investors on this site through the PM and having a phone conversation with them.

Even though he rented one on site garage already.

Trying to do it Matrix style, if a book is best I will go that route, if there are good sites that give you the cliff notes version that's fine.

And your preaching to the choir If I never have to talk to another tenant or PM in my life I will be a happy camper brain drain to me is not worth being in that business.. but that's just me and I know this site is heavy to landlords I understand that.

I was more thinking automated identical posts to all channels. fB , cl, rental sites , real estate sites, etc.
