Taxes, property and short term taxes?

I don't have a business name.So I'm thinking of making it more short and to the point, as well as using a local number, and POSSIBLY starting it as an official business, so it's not like i'm some random guy asking to buy their house.What works for you guys?

I’m working with a great real estate team here and have already learned so much just in short time.

Just get short term rental insurance like everyone else and go for it. 

This is very much a long term investment and I have no means of making any type of short gain out of these.

Shortly after submitting my question, I went to the Calculators page and saw where it mentioned that the download option was for "Pro" users only.

And how short of rental time are we talking about it?

The only options I have found have either had interest rates of upwards of 8%-11% .... short term 3 to 5 year Arms,  or if they are at a reasonable rate....  

Have you guys noticed any short or long term room damage or effects with tenants vaping?
