He said, basically, OK, you don't have a problem here and he was impressed, and said something about he didn't think a bank examiner would screw up like that...so thankyou.In fact, he way the one who basically spread the word for other LEOs to come to me for financing.

In such cases, you can close in escrow without much concern.If you are selling and using any installment contract or seller financing, you better attend the settlement, the chances of screw ups increases expotentially, and the deal is not done til all the docs are signed and good funds are deposited!

Sounds like the agents involved in the transaction probably wouldn't even notice that, but their broker (or someone auditing the file) probably would.J Scott's suggestion is quite correct- as long as there is a "meeting of the minds" it really doesn't matter what form it's on (which makes you wonder why we have all these forms for brokers to screw up...)Regardless... good to hear your transaction is closing!

On a second floor you will need a minimum of 3/4" plywood glued and screwed 12" on center into the joists.
