The buyer is under some constraints of project requirements, barking about when possession will be, or salvage of home materials or contract closing dates all fall into other areas that make the gears mesh to meet overall requirements, they aren't going to be as flexible as if a homeowner were buying the place......and, that is why you are getting the larger offer, they probably know what you paid, so they are already padding your pockets.

The place is a nice 2-bed row home that will easily rent based on location, layout, yard, and my anticipate rental price, and there don't appear to be any big surprises.I've run into another hiccup, though.

I always offer some kind of referral like $50 or a popular restaurant gift certificate.You can do the Facebook kind of marketing: our rent to own "homeownership in training" program.But I think one of the cheapest way is to go to get tenant leads is to put a big sign on your front yard of the house saying rent to own home, if you have good income please call.Have the phone number on the sign go to answering service that collects information such as name phone number and how much rent they are paying now.Good luck!
