Whether tonight goes well or not, I'll schedule viewings soon.As of right now, I know the Westnedge property had a new boiler put in just about a month ago, and the Woodward property has separate furnaces for each unit which have been replaced within the last 10 years.I have driven the neighborhoods.

In our county (Cache, Utah), all properties (45K parcels) are reassessed every 5 years with land and improvements on a staggered schedule so I would think a ER for the area would be impossible.
