construction stops trades move.. vacancy occurs.. also i can see renters especially millennials who are really finally getting it that renting is throwing money away and with the ultra low rates home sales stay robust.

This is not true for low credit score applicants, so you need to have a plan in place that provides incentives for you to get paid -- for us, this means having a robust late payment policy that tenants understand and that provides incentives for early communication, routine payments and limits on possible losses.

We didn't get it passed that first one, there was a minority coalition who opposed us, but we did get a next step on it, so we completed that next step, very strategically planned that next session that by chance a member of the opposition coalition was not available for, and our proposal passed and we received a variance to build a duplex.

@Russell John Walsh I understand where you are coming from.For strategic positioning, do your best to not be physically in between the door/exit and the female.If you ensure there is always “an exit strategy”, and you are physically out of the way, that is a proactive action you could take to address your concern.
