Hello everyone!

I recently joined BP and I'm excited to learn and contribute to the community. My area of expertise is in commercial real estate in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. As a property manager and leasing broker, I represent roughly 200,000 sq ft of office, retail, and industrial space spread across nine different properties in the downtown neighborhoods of SF. I also represent tenant clients in lease negotiations and strategic placement for both office and retail uses.

What drew me in to BP was my personal interest in getting started in acquiring property for myself and having some skin in the game. I'm interested in learning more about buy/holds and possible flips in emerging / high growth markets, either SFH or MF. Even though I love the Bay Area and it will always be home, the exorbitant prices have put this market out of my personal reach, so investing locally is not in the cards -- for now anyway.

I'm looking forward to networking and hopefully also being of value to other investors alike!
