I was reading this article this morning and thought I'd share it with the subject matter experts on the forums.

I have been doing a lot of reading on where to start and decided that I am going to start small in wholesaling and grow from there.  

Been reading the site off and on for probably 4 or 5 years now.  

After reading around on BP and listening to the BP podcasts, we've decided that house hacking may be whats best for us.

I plan on reading everything I can get my hands on but welcome any and all comments here.

I'll admit that i have done a comprehensive amount of reading, have listened to all the BiggerPocket podcasts, read all of @Brandon Turner's books (thank you Brandon you rock), and listen to an average of one audio books per week in relation to business or real estate for the last 3 months.

I was reading Justin Pierce article on all the cost to flip that house and I wanted to know a few things.

Personally from what I'm reading it sounds like a problem property; unit vacant, all section 8, cashflows good, but the owner wants out.
