@Mario Richardson I don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.There are 20+ real estate CPAs commenting in this forum.

I have taken courses through a couple of providers here in the twin cities whether for continuing education or licensure.

I currently have 78 residential doors and 6 commercial properties with a total of 31 tenants.We’re looking to make a change from our current provider.

I will be able to provide a 20% down payment through the LLC, but the question I have is: don’t I need to personally guarantee the loan because the LLC does not have credit history?
