Hello Fellow Investors, I am looking for some guidance, I am building a proposal to present to investors.

I would have 2-3 companies take a look at the proposal.

So in this way the proposed bylaw change by the HOA would create a potential conflict with how Oregon landlord laws operate.

In a few days I will follow up and propose all house mates have a meeting with me so we can reconcile the conflict. 

It's my understanding that the Seattle law is proposed but has not yet been passed.  

However, DSCR is more straightforward where cares about how well your rental property performs, making sure that the subject rental income for the  property can cover the proposed mortgage payment, usually the metrics are 0.70%-1.25%. 

Do many of you use email for this or add this documentation to Dropbox or somewhere else with receipts and signed proposals for work so you can include this information in one place for tax purposes?
