How is private money lending currently influencing the real estate market?

We have funds that could be used for either (primary residence or other investment) but I'm not sure how to do the math on this comparison.

Our LLC is on the deed and they sell like regular real estate.Any thoughts?

No clue, my guess would be no since they have accepted the return of the deposit, but check with a real estate lawyer in your state because I'm just guessing here.
