Hey y’all, this weekend I am heading to Asheville NC for the purpose of prospecting and networking as my wife and I prepare to invest in Asheville.

I'm preparing a letter regarding a lease violation (two unauthorized dogs) and a review of her unacceptable behavior.

One of the things I learned from my first trips years ago is to make sure that I'm well prepared in advance and have done my homework to make the most of it.

Also whays some issues to be prepared for when having a airbnb? 

I was wondering exavtly what docs/plans/etc did you have prepared to take with you to the city for their confirmation prior to closing on the property?

Its more important to buy a couple of properties than it is taking classes to prepare to become a real estate investor.

In TX at least, we don't have an annual maintenance fee; and if taxed as disregarded, your yearly tax preparation would be practically the same as if you didn't do the LLC. 

But prepared when you quit, since these guys will unlikely deliver on the hype that got you in there to begin with, and you go to work in real estate as an agent or on your own, to tell them....
