All I would really like you input about any software platforms for tracking properties from picture to owner contact to deal offer to reject/contract to close.I am looking to focus efforts and would like to know if anything exists today that looks at that.  

Hustle, problem solve, be resourceful, and be consistent.   

Become really good at one thing that you can consistently go after and find deals.

Must be consistently market it to get results.  

This means that equity sitting in a income property is reducing your cash flow not increasing it.When you can stick cash in a mutual fund and consistently earn 7-10 return why pay down a 5% mortgage.

I say that because I'm not seeing many other Mobile/Manufactured Home Contractors on this platform except for me and that's how most contractors refer to them when they're really run down.Another thing that rubs me the wrong way is the dirt road.

Do you use this in conjunction with Podio or other CRM platform and how do you automate the process?

It's basically a database tool with the focus on collaboration (which of course is optional) and cross-platform usability.

I have a new acquisition in Macon, GA that I have a sneaking suspicion would make more money as an AirBnb rather than a consistent tenant.

This is a great platform for anything regarding real estate!
