I just took the 3 day class where at the end offered the Gold and Platinum packages being $28k-$38k depending on which one I felt made more sense and I’m really struggling with the amount but am also clueless on where to start with investing and can see the benefit of a “mentor” and access to systems.Thank you for any advice or feedback

SS appliances are sometimes sold as packages that can be more affordable instead of buying piecemeal.From the pics (can't see the entirety of the kitchen), maybe the range and fridge can be ok to keep, if you want to save some dough.

Sometimes banks might collect a full document package, but really when it comes down to it, are only underwriting the property (if you're buying for investment). 

@Daniel O'Neil we have used a lot of the companies that you may or may not have heard of and what we've experienced is that most of them recycle all the same data from the same databases - it's just a matter of how they package it.

It is important to go over the hoa resale package carefully. 

I've done the walk through with the tenant, collect the first payment and in the lease package that I've prepared, i have all of the phone numbers etc. that they will need for cable, power, water, trash, electric, etc..

I recently found a large duplex package deal, 14 buildings 28-units located about 3mi from where I live.

Interested in putting together a package to get investors for ground up duplex development.

WE are interested in your land.. we will close in 5 to 10 days for cash.. etc etc.Were we make our dough is much like rehabbing and selling homes retail.Many folks who are looking for an estate setting or country setting.. can't envision things. .and they may need to do a finance package for a construction loan.. they don't want to risk EM  risk perc and well.. they want to know it shovel ready.. this is were we make the value.. we put the roads in we perc it we drill the well  we survey  we do a REsidential harvest of timber.. etc etc so that when the buyer comes out they see a property that looks FABULOUS not a rough hillside all over grown..
