I'm building a 2100 sq ft conditioned, 3200 sq ft spec house in a nice community listing at 700k. 4 bedroom and 3 bath with a bonus room that can be easily converted to another bedroom, office, or entertainment room.

We converted the largest buildings to group storage with in-out access for tenants (the buildings used to require the owner to have someone onsite to get their boat out of storage), added outdoor parking stalls and developed the vacant 6.5 acres into Maxi-storage.

I’m thinking things like outdoor bar/grill under a tiki hut.

Specifically vacation market like a cabin on a lake or other outdoors market.

Only appropriate potted plants and other outdoor furniture are permitted on patios and balconies.

Will get Outdoor cameras & remote thermostats.

Enjoy entertaining in your new kitchen & living space after complete upgrade inside and out.

There are a few spots I like that have clusters of hospitals and entertainment in the city that will be good locations.

The Check-In packages often contain vital information such as access code information (i.e. new key codes for each guest), URLs, contact numbers, internet access, local amenities, key-cards to facilities (gym and/or pool), local attractions (shopping, restaurants and entertainment), and instructions.

Chattanooga, Tennessee (this also surprised me):- Chattanooga is a thriving city that has seen a lot of growth in recent years, and is actually a fairly popular tourist destination due to its scenic beauty, outdoor activities, and cultural attractions. - Chattanooga has many popular tourist attractions: such as the Tennessee Aquarium and Lookout Mountain. - Chattanooga is in close proximity to a plethora of large cities: It is roughly a one hour, forty five minute drive from Atlanta, GA, a two hour drive from Nashville, TN, a hour and a half drive from Knoxville, TN, a two hour drive from Birmingham,, AL, and a hour and a half drive from Huntsville, AL.
