I am not sure what the end game is here.

Over the past few years, I have spent my off time traveling the world and studying online marketing.

I saw the list BP posted here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/rei/online-property-...I looked into Appfolio, which requires a min of 50 units.

I am completely new to the real estate investing, but I am taking a real estate investing training to get at least some basic understanding of the game.

I found Bigger Pockets 2 years ago but im shy and it took me a while to get engaged and realize that were all just students of the game of real estate and some are farther along their journey than others and that is no excuse for me NOT to network and get to know many of you on here and tap into everyone's experience and knowledge and resources to build up my rental portfolio and to help others along the way as my knowledge and experience grows over time. 

Comes with tenant app for paying online, inspection app for my property inspections and an owner app.

Just my messed up mind running through thousands of things on my plate.When I am just in a relax mood, I like the blues/ classic rock To Learn it's usually a class (online or in person) where I take frantic notes (that I never look at) to associate hand, mind, ears.

There's no substitute for being in the game, and it's easier than you think.I manage my units mostly myself since I'm still small, if you end up getting a manager let me know how it goes.

The oreforeclosure game, especially since so many end up like this at the 11th hour, is a game for Cash buyers.....not those needing to finance or trying to wholesale.
