It's inexpensive to file and in most municipalities it can be done online.

Here, with a few clicks and a few bucks the tenant can get the deed online so not like it is something that can be hidden away. 

Word of mouth referrals will be better than looking online (in my opinion).

The return of member capital could be coming from any number of sources: a strategic refinance, significantly increased cash flows, release of escrow monies, new construction coming online, strong appreciation/compressed cap rates, opening of an Amazon Prime Warehouse next door, etc Each deal has its own uniqueness.Does that clarify things at all?

I was looking at these two and started searching online. 

It's so easy to find who owns a business online and it's subsidiaries if any as well as place of business, etc.

I will also be paying the $350 a month out of pocket (to avoid interest of line of credit/or should I put it on line of credit)My partner will be doing most of the rehab himself.

I would recommend doing some online research on a list brokerages and then narrow down the list a bit.
