I'm sure you can find some day workers to do it if you live in the area.  

Buying raw lists out of any source, listsource.com, lacks the key; motivation.Investors can get at raw land via delinquent real estate tax lists some times available from the county tax commissioners office.  

I would do a couple checks on this property management company, I would ask them if they could contact some of their clients to get a reference on how they are as a company (that's if they let you), I would go out and visit the company's office (there is just a feeling you get if it's right or wrong), you can check the real estate commission out there in Florida and see if the company is listed, and the other option is that you could check that counties records for the Doing Business As (DBA).

My partner goes to the section 8 office to negotiate a rent price which is in large part do to the amenities and condition of the house which will be noted by the inspector. 

This doent need to be a offical inspector.

I hear they've turned some of the old factories and warehouses into condos and offices and cleaned up the park along the canal.There use to be some rough spots (by the old silos) when I lived in MTL ... but that was a long time ago (before your time).
